There is one issue of great concern to us that I want to share with you. When your mortgage is recorded at the County Recorder’s Office, it becomes part of the public record. Third party vendors not connected with Nova, (and literally anyone else) may rountinely scan these public files for recent transactions and use them to contact new owners and recently refinanced owners to sell their products. We in no way endorse this practice. If it were up to us, we would eliminate it entirely. So when you are bombarded with sales and mortgage offers from other lenders which even bear our company name, please remember that it is the result of public record inquiries and not NOVA HOME LOANS.
